Power restored to most parts of Durban

Power has returned to homes and businesses in parts of Durban.
Technicians have repaired a fault at the Durban North substation that left that area as well as parts of the CBD with no electricity yesterday.
eThekweni's Tozi Mthethwa says technicians worked around the clock to fix the problem.

She says if you're still experiencing connection problems - you need to please contact the municipality
"Power has been restored in most parts of the city where they were affected. We hope that anyone who does not have power - will let us know as soon as possible so that we can attend to those issues. We are very grateful for the efficiency of our engineers and all technical staff," she says.
