Possible legal action as family mourns death of Maritzburg baby
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
A Pietermaritzburg family is considering legal action against two state hospitals, which they say neglected to help their five-month-old baby boy, who's now died.

Baby Brody Lee Bezuidenhout was rushed to hospital with an extremely high fever just over a week ago.
His distraught mother, Linda Bezuidenhout says at first she thought the child may have been the teething that was causing a fever.
She says she grew concerned when his lips turned blue.
Bezuidenhout says she later learnt that Brody had contracted bacterial meningitis.
Bezuidenhout says they went back to Greys Hospital and were told Brody was fine and sent home.
