As of today, eThekwini is implementing the new Public Nuisance by-laws. What are your thoughts?
The “Nuisances and Behaviour in Public Places” by-law regulate conduct in public spaces in and around the city.
The regulations pertain to vandalism, noise, littering, the washing and repairing vehicles in public spaces, amongst other public offences.

Lawbreakers can find themselves paying fines from the value of R200 to R40 000.
