The ruling party has promised South Africans of improving the pace at which service delivery is being rolled out.
The ANC's election Manifesto Launch was held in Port Elizabeth on Saturday with service delivery and unemployment at the forefront of issues addressed.

This comes as President Jacob Zuma announced earlier this month that the 2016 local government elections will be held on the August 3.
