The police's Thulani Zwane says two suspects were arrested in KwaMashu last week.
"The members were doing their crime prevention duties when they stopped vehicles and arrested the man who was found in possession of the unlicensed firearms. When the firearm was circulated, it appeared that the firearm was taken from the police officer in the Cato Manor area. Therefore, the suspects will be facing charges of murder and robbery," he says.
