LISTEN: Durban residents praise late security officer's bravery

Bluff residents have declared a war on crime after an armed response officer died in the line of duty earlier this week.
Earlier today - a number of residents, private security officers, police and other emergency services gathered for a tribute outside the Maxwell Avenue home where Blue Security officer, Phumzile Fitshane was shot by robbers on Monday.
A motorcade was held - with vehicles making their way along Bluff Road to Maxwell Avenue.

Fitshane had responded to an alarm at a home when the fleeing robbers shot him. He suffered two gunshot wounds.
The 44-year-old was rushed to hospital where he died later that night.
