Police search for man linked to Durban rape cases

Durban police are searching for a suspect wanted in connection with multiple rape cases in the city.
KZN police spokesperson, Captain Nqobile Gwala says the man is also wanted for an attempted murder as he is alleged to have repeatedly stabbed one of the three women whose cases are being investigated.
Gwala says two of the women were attacked along Jan Smuts Highway while the other was raped on Moore Road in Umbilo.

She says they're now looking for two other men whom they believe will assist in the cases.
Officials are investigating charges of attempted murder and rape.
Police say they believe these two people are linked to the suspects and may help in the investigation.
