Police nab drug dealer in Mariannridge

A KZN woman will spend the long weekend behind bars after she was caught with
drugs totalling more than R100 000 in Mariannridge.
Officers from the Provincial Drug and Firearm Unit nabbed the suspected drug dealer at her home on Friday morning.
"The 55-year-old woman was found inside the house and upon searching, police found 1018 mandrax tablets and 838 pieces of rock cocaine," says KZN police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala.

Cash and ammunition were also seized from the suspect.
The total estimated street value of the drugs is R145 000.
She is set to appear in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
