Police manhunt after Tongaat bus shooting incident

Provincial police are following leads after a Tongaat bus driver was shot and killed during a failed robbery in early morning traffic.
Spokesperson Nqobile Gwala says the incident happened at Watson Highway where three men were waiting for the bus.
"One of the three passengers drew a firearm and demanded money at the bus driver. A shot was fired at the driver and he sustained a gunshot wound to the head and he died at the scene.
"No arrests have been made and nothing was taken form the bus driver," she said.

Two passengers were rushed to hospital after sustaining very minor injuries.
