A fifth person has been arrested in connection with the cannibalism case in Estcourt.
Police spokesperson, Thembeka Mbhele says more arrests are likely.
"One other suspect was arrested yesterday night. The suspect is going to appear tomorrow in the Estcourt Magistrate's Court on charges of murder and conspiracy to murder. There are other suspects that are outstanding and arrests are imminent," she says.
Four men - including a traditional healer - have already appeared in court on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
They were apprehended on Friday after one of the men walked into a police station and confessed about their activities.
Officers say the investigation continues.
