Police identify bodies found in KwaMashu

The two bodies that were found in bushes in KwaMashu last week have now been identified.
The teenage girls were found by a passerby in P section last Tuesday. They had been shot in the head.
KZN police spokesperson, Jay Naicker says there weren't any missing person case in the area, making it difficult to track down relatives.
"The deceased have been identified as Erin King (18) from Bass Place in Newlands East and Xolile Mdletshe (15) from Usuthu Road at C Section in KwaMashu.

"Following an intensive investigation, detectives were able to locate the relatives of the deceased. The deceased had not been reported missing, as their families were unaware of their whereabouts. The investigations are ongoing."
