Police 'disguised as white shirts' in Parliament
Updated | By Heart FM News
The DA says there's evidence to suggest that there were regular police officers posing as the white shirt brigade during the State of the Nation Address.
The party's Federal Chair James Selfe says it's believed the officers that evicted various members from the house, on Thursday evening had changed uniform.
He's been speaking to the media in Cape Town following the party’s two-day Federal Council meeting.

The DA has already going to court over the army's deployment in the parliamentary precinct -seeking to have the deployment of SANDF members for non-ceremonial purposes declared unconstitutional.
More than 440 members were brought in for additional security last week.

Selfe says they will look into fresh reports on SAPS members being part of the "white shirts."
"If that is proven that will be in defiance of the Western Cape High Court Order and we will seek a contempt of court order against the Speaker and other authorities in the Western Cape," he said.
