The aunt of a five-year-old boy says the child complained to this mother this week that his body was sore.

He alleged that a 14-year-old boy, a distant relative who lives with the family in Imbali, had raped him and a 15-month-old boy multiple times.

The aunt says the two children were taken to the hospital immediately.

A doctor examined them and the police were called.

"The five-year-old whispered to his mum and said mum, I'm tired of playing this game. Every night this 14-year-old boy who is staying with us will ask me to take off my pants and does this to me and told me not to tell anyone, we are playing a game," said the aunt.

She says after they'd opened a double rape case, they expected police to remove the older boy from their custody.

"We went to the police to look for assistance, then they forced us to stay with the perpetrator and told us there is nothing they can do to remove the boy because he is a minor," she added.

"So he is freely roaming the streets, we don't what is going to happen to the other children in the community, because he is not arrested."

She says the family's since asked the boy to leave. He’s now is living with other relatives.
