PMB community shaken by rising crime levels
Updated | By Noxolo Miya
Ward 27 councillor Dante Kemp says residents have been left shaken by the murder on College Road on Wednesday.

Kemp says crime levels in Pelham have been a growing concern.
He says they also need the CPF to do more.
"There has been a gradual increase in crime in all areas, more so in the central CBD, more so in the suburbs, there are various contributing factors as to why police and the CPF are not visible or not present.
"Indeed, these bodies play an important role in deterring and monitoring crimes. However, more can be done within the private security industry in providing robust services where it promotes visibility and ensures residence human rights are not violated."
He's urged parents to remain vigilant.
"No parent or resident wants to hear of their child being attacked."
"I would advise residents to take precautionary measures on allowing their children or members of their family when venturing out, to ensure they inform them of their trip to and from."
