Pinetown father accused of killing his four children now facing rape charge

The Pinetown father who's accused of killing his four children is now also facing a rape charge. It's alleged he raped a woman a week before the murders of his children.

His three young children aged four, six and ten were found hanged in their Wyebank home last month.

The body of his 16-year-old stepdaughter was also found hanged in a bush in New Germany.
The family says the father had picked the children form their schools on the day of the killings.

The 44-year-old last month indicated that he wouldn't be applying for bail.
