PICS: Durban shores hit by massive waves
As cold gusts sweep through the city, heavy swells have been captured on camera off a Durban beach.
The KZN Sharks Board yesterday removed shark gear following warnings of windy conditions and storm surf while some KZN beaches were closed off to bathers.
Swells were at 5m today and photographer, Nic Aberdein shared pictures of the waves near Durban's Blue Lagoon.
Meanwhile, KZN has experienced low temperatures this week with snow being visible in the Drakensberg.
