Pics: Business to assess damage caused by Clairwood factory fire
Updated | By Dineo Mphahlele
Owners of several businesses in Clairwood are assessing damages this morning after a building in the south Durban area was engulfed in flames yesterday afternoon.

First year journalism student Barbie Rudman lives nearby and says sparks from the fire landed in the yard of another factory.
"Sparks flew from the building onto nearby property which also caught fire prompting firefighters to rush to put out these fires," she said.
"Flames were really high and just shooting out of the building continuously. Firefighters surrounded the entire area and so did police and ambulances," Rudman said.
