Dignitaries, members of parliament and political party officials are arriving at the Parliamentary precinct ahead of tonight's State of the Nation Address.

A red carpet has been rolled out outside Parliament, with tight security surrounding the venue.
President Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver his second national address at 7pm.
The Presidency says this will be the last address for the 5th Parliament and current administration - ahead of the 2019 General Elections.
A statement released by the Presidency states the speech will be an inclusive account of a country working together to secure and maintain renewal and growth.
Opposition parties expect issues relating to the economy, crime and corruption to be referred to.
