Phoenix structural collapse kills two workers

Two construction workers have died after a structural
collapse at a residence in Phoenix, north of Durban.

Reaction Unit South Africa's Prem Balram says a retaining wall fell on the workers at a property on Canehaven Drive on Saturday morning.
Multiple emergency services say the pair was found entrapped in the wreckage.

"Both were declared deceased, and the eThekwini fire department was called to the scene to help recover the bodies," Balram.
