Phala Phala panel hands report to Parliament
Updated | By Lauren Beukes
The long-awaited parliamentary report into the Phala Phala farm matter has been presented to the National Assembly Speaker.

Chairperson of the Section 89 panel of independent experts, retired chief justice Sandile Ngcobo, delivered their findings to Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula at a media briefing on Wednesday morning.
The panel investigated whether President Cyril Ramaphosa has a case to answer over the alleged heist of millions of dollars and subsequent cover-up of the robbery at his private Limpopo farm in 2020.

Ngcobo says the report contains three volumes.
"The first volume, volume one, is the report itself. Volume two and three are the record of the proceedings that contains every single document on which we relied in order to prepare this report.
"In addition to that, we have made available to the speaker an electronic version of that report."
The report is to be made public at a later stage.
