Updated | By Shaun Ryan
A woman has died after collapsing along Karkloof Road in Howick in the KZN Midlands this morning.

Members of the public approached ER24 medics at a nearby satellite point, saying the woman in her 50s had been struck by a car.
Spokesperson Russel Meiring says medics found the pedestrian lying on the side of the road with no signs of life.
"We immediately began treatment and provided her with advanced life support intervention. Unfortunately after 45 minutes of treatment, there were no vital signs.
"The woman was declared dead on scene. It is believed the woman had collapsed while walking on her way to work and had not been hit by a vehicle as initially reported.
"The exact details of the cause of this woman collapsing will remain a subject of police investigation," he said.
