Passenger Rail Agency, PRASA has been given until the end of November to shape up the rail industry.

"We have seen deficiencies - trains have been torched and they are not using the money to refurbish those trains so that people don't hang outside and on top of the trains," Committee chair, Dikeledi Magadzi said.
Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Transport chair, Dikeledi Magadzi says they're concerned about the safety of commuters and the state of trains in the country.
This after PRASA's senior management briefed the board on the challenges it's facing.
Committee chair, Dikeledi Magadzi, says among other things, the agency's used less than 40% of its budget to improve the sector.
