Owner of Max's Lifestyle ‘stable, recuperating’

Management of Max's Lifestyle in Umlazi says the establishment's owner is stable and recuperating.
Max Mqadi (51) was attacked by unknown gunmen after leaving his business premises in Umlazi on Thursday evening.
It’s believed Mqadi was ambushed by two men.
Police say the assailants fired multiple shots at his car, injuring him.
Mqadi managed to drive to Florida Road in Durban where he was helped and rushed to hospital.
The establishment has thanked those who've sent messages of support.
Max's Lifestyle managers say the restaurant will remain open while police in Umlazi are investigating a case of attempted murder.
