Overport and Sydenham residents hold prayer meeting
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
Overport and Sydenham residents have had enough of crime in their area.

They plan to hold a mass prayer meeting at the Overport Secondary School in Felix Dlamini Road - that is the old Brickfield Road - tonight.
The vigil's co-ordinator, Babu Bux says they want to create awareness around what they believe to be high levels of criminal activity.
Bux says representatives from eThekwini and senior officers from local police stations are expected to attend.
"Enough is enough, that is the word," said Bux.
"People are getting robbed here. Just last night there was a car stolen and there was an attempted housebreaking. We are trying to find solutions and see if police have enough resources to deal with crime in the area."
