A police crackdown on drunk drivers in Durban, has seen more than 165 motorists arrested over the long weekend.

Metro Police spokeperson, Parboo Sewpersad says officers have been strategically placed at key spots in and around the city for the festive season.
He says they won't hesitate to arrest those breaking the law.
"We have intensified our road block campaign around the city and out of the city," Sewpersad said.
He says they've seen many people making use of Durban's cost effective People Mover bus service to get from point A to B in the city.
"The People Mover System - the park and ride system - is working very well."
