One killed, 13 hurt in Durban North crash

Emergency services are on the scene of a fatal crash in the Durban North area where a taxi has ploughed into the wall of a building.

One person has died in the crash near the corner of Queen Nandi Drive and Chris Hani Road this morning.
KZN Emergency Medical Services say 13 other people were hurt.
Spokesperson Robert Mckenzie says injuries range from critical to minor.
''The Department of Health, emergency service, helicopters are currently on the scene and are going to be airlifting a man who has been critically injured to hospital.
"Emergency services are still at the scene and we would like to advice people to please avoid the area," he said.
