One dead after Lindelani shooting
A man has been killed in a drive-by shooting in the Lindelani area in KwaDukuza on the north coast.
Emergency services say the passenger travelling in the vehicle managed to escape the hail of bullets.
It's understood the occupants of an unknown vehicle fired multiple shots at them yesterday.
IPSS medical Rescue's Paul Herbst says the driver of the vehicle was fatally wounded, with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
"The passenger managed to escape and run to a nearby bush area where he later came out again and phoned for assistance. The passenger was unharmed," he said.
