eThekwini mayor James Nxumalo will deliver the municipality's 2016/2017 budget speech and service delivery track record at Durban's City Hall today.
With local government elections fast approaching, the speech could be the last budget that Nxumalo delivers as mayor.
eThekwini's Tozi Mthethwa says Nxumalo will focus on what the City has achieved over the past five years in terms of service delivery.
