"When my arrest was orchestrated Malusi acted like I did something which everything they did it so they can have access to my gadgets and my arrest as well.

"So when I did the interview with eNCA, I wanted to highlight to the public that everything was just orchestrated. Its not what Malusi acted it was."

She's returned to the State Capture Commission this morning to conclude her testimony.

Last night's proceedings were paused following security concerns.

Gigaba said yesterday that her phones and laptop were confiscated by the Hawks - and Gupta-related media and information had been wiped from them.

This morning, she denied allegations by her estranged husband that she attempted to bribe him - to refuse to participate in the commission.

"I didn't do that, so me appearing at the commission got nothing to do with our divorce. Its either we were doing the settlement I was still going to come to the commission cause that was me clarifying my arrest that is put out there and why my gadgets were taken."

The evidence leader also asked Gigaba about her husband's claims that she informed him she'd been approached by senior government officials, including the ANC's top six to assist them in destroying him.

"Thats a lie that I said to him. There were people on the top six. The first time I heard that it was from him before even the arrest. Malusi said someone from the top six leaked the video. There was a video of Malusi that he did and he came to me he said one of the top six members leaked the video."

She told the commission that Ajay Gupta donated money towards helping her estranged husband's sister to be cleared off a R850 000 debt.

Norma says she asked Malusi where he would get the money from to help his sister. She says Malusi's sister was blacklisted at the time and couldn't find a job.

She says Malusi would occasionally give her up to R30 000 for her personal use before she started working for Gupta owned company Sahara Computers.
