Motsoeneng has come out fighting following a ruling by communications authority ICASA recommending that the SABC reverse its decision to no longer show violent protests.

He also accused other newsrooms of censoring news to some extent and that the recent hullabaloo is the work of outsiders trying to destabilise the SABC.

He added that he is willing to take the ICASA ruling to the highest court in the land.

"We as the SABC, we are not stopping here. If there are issues about the ICASA ruling we are challenging that ruling. If we need to go to the Constructional Court that is where the matter will end.

"We are not going to change anything, people should forget that. Newspapers can come together, Right2Know and everybody, we invite you to do that. We are equal to task," he said.

When asked about the recent controversy and how it has affected him, he shrugged it of saying it has only made him stronger.

"I walk tall. Everything that that I do, there is energy in me" he said.
