No arrests yet in Durban airport bust

A triple investigation's underway at King Shaka International Airport after drugs and counterfeit goods to the value of more than R20-million were discovered yesterday.
In the first incident, heroin with a street value of over R3-million was found in a parcel of mascara wands destined for Liberia.
Almost 2500kg worth of illegal skin-lightening cream was discovered in a container from Nigeria and destined for Durban.

Sandile Memela with SARS says police are now handling the matter."No individual has been arrested. The matter has been handed to the South African Police. The shipment was detained for further investigation," he says.
