Nkandla judgement underway in ConCourt
Updated | By Maryke Vermaak
All eyes are on the Constitutional Court this morning as proceedings have begun on the Nkandla matter at the ConCourt
The DA and the EFF want the court to rule on the powers of the Public Protector.
This after Thuli Madonsela recommended President Jacob Zuma payback some of the money spent on upgrades to his home after finding he unduly benefited.

It is a hive of activity at the ConCourt as journalists from all over the country and also international media are gathered to find out what the judgement will be.
There is also a very tight security as there are only finite seats available inside the court or inside the gallery.
Facilities outside the court have been set up where the extra journalists can get sound and people can get visuals of what's going on inside court.
