Nippy conditions forecast for VDJ weekend

Those heading to the Vodacom Durban July, or just spending some time outdoors, can expect chilly conditions today.
The South African Weather Service says cool conditions, wind and slight rain has been forecast for the weekend. However, forecaster says no warnings have been issued.
"There is a chance of some light rain along the coast, inclusive of Durban as well as Richards Bay and some areas of the interior", he said.
"As far as temperatures go it will be a cold weekend with a maximum temperature for Durban as low as 22 Degrees Celsius", Dlamini said.
Thousands of people are expected to attend the annual horse racing extravaganza at the Greyville Racecourse in Durban today.
