NFP postpones policy conference
Updated | By Lucky Khanyile
The National Freedom Party (NFP) says it will work tirelessly to ensure its policy conference sits as soon as possible.

The party's postponed the conference that was meant to get underway tomorrow as more than 20% of members have not yet received their new membership cards.
Acting national chairperson, Bheki Gumbi says they started distributing membership cards in October but some have not been received - meaning the holder would not be able to take part in the conference.

"The new date could be even called within the month once we are done with that. As we postpone - we are not just waiting we are attending those areas of concern," he said.
The NFP recently postponed its electoral conference to April next year.
