NFP leader appears in Parliament after long absence

Deputy Science and Technology Minister Zanele kaMagwaza-Msibi has made an appearance in Parliament today after a long period of recovery from a stroke.
The Budget Debate Hearing of the Department of Science and Technology took place in the National Assembly today.
KaMagwaza-Msibi, who is the leader of the NFP, suffered a stroke in November 2014, while at home in Newcastle. She has not been an actively involved in party proceedings or public rallies since.
She made her first public appearance in Ulundu where hundreds came out in full force ahead of voter registration weekend.
The NFP in KZN have welcomed their leader, saying they look forward to the further strengthening of the party.
