NFP hosts march against IEC's disqualification
Updated | By Chanelle Lutchman
Members of the National Freedom Party have gathered at the Gugu Dlamini Park in Durban as part of the party's efforts to convince the Independent Electoral Commission to reverse its decision disqualifying them for the August elections.
The NFP was informed it could no longer take part in the municipal polls for failing to make payment to the IEC.
These members say they don't know what they will do if the party is disqualified.
The party has approached the Electoral Court challenging the IEC's decision.
