NFP demands release of Public Protector's Phala Phala report
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
The National Freedom Party is calling on the Public Protector to release findings of the Phala Phala farm theft probe ahead of the president's State Of the Nation Address.

Last month, the Office of the Public Protector said the investigation was complete.
President Cyril Ramaphosa is accused of covering up the robbery in which foreign currency was stolen from the Limpopo property.

Now the NFP wants the findings made public before Thursday's State of the Nation Address in Parliament.
The party's Canaan Mdletshe says Ramaphosa cannot address the nation with a potential cloud hanging over him.
"President Ramaphosa has disqualified himself. We don't have trust in him anymore. We are saying he is not capable to deliver the State of the Nation Address because of all these shenanigans and issues."
