Newborn's body found in Durban CBD bin
Updated | By Lauren Beukes
A newborn has been found in a rubbish bin in Durban Central.

Life Response's Leon Fourie says the baby boy was found by people who had been digging in the bin at the intersection of Denis Hurley Street and Soldiers Way on Thursday.
He says the infant was wrapped in a fitted sheet.
"Paramedics arrived on scene to find a full-term baby dumped in a bin. Unfortunately, there was nothing paramedics could do as the baby was already deceased at the time," he says.
Fourie says the South African police were on the scene along with SAPS Search and Rescue.
