Naptosa demands action against principal of Grosvenor Girls High
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
The National Professional Teachers' Organisation of South Africa wants swift action to be taken against the principal of Grosvenor Girls High School.

The teachers' union has been reacting to findings of racism and maladministration by an independent panel.
Education MEC Kwazi Mshengu says racism at the Bluff school was systematic and structural, with the school principal and her deputy fingered in the report as the main culprits.
The panel received evidence from former and current pupils, teachers, general school workers, and school governing body members and parents.

Naptosa's Thirona Moodley says there's absolutely no place for racism at schools.
"The recommendations and the findings in the report have been very serious. There is no pace for racism in our schools. We adopted zero-tolerance towards racism and we want to see something done in terms of the recommendations.
"This school and this principle have previously been involved in such racist allegations and very little came out of from the department. So we hope they are going to being chapter to an end in that school."
