N3 to Durban expected to re-open soon following accidents
Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka

The N3 Toll Concession's Con Roux says the back-up made up of a long queue of trucks - was as a result of two separate truck accidents in the Midlands at the weekend.
Roux says recovery operations caused the up-to 3km-long backlog.
He says the road, which had been completely closed in the southerly direction, has now been fully re-opened - as recovery of the vehicles is now complete.
He's asked motorists to be patient as they wait for the backlog to clear.
"One of the trucks that needed to be recovered was in the Mount West area, and the other one down Twini (Hill). Because of that it was decided to simultaneously close-off the whole of the south bound to deal with both of those recoveries. Heavy trucks were stacked on scene - thus the long backlog, and light motor vehicles were diverted off Mooi River back onto the R103," he said.
