Six people have been hurt, four seriously after three vehicles crashed on the N3 in the vicinity of the Liberty Midlands Mall.

Emergency services say a minibus carrying foreign tourists, a bakkie and a truck collided on the Durban-bound carriageway a little earlier in the morning.
Netcare911's Chris Botha says the freeway was severely congested.
