Muslim Judicial Council condemns pig snout incident
Updated | By HeartFM News
The Muslim Judicial Council is lodging a complaint with the Human Rights Commission over an incident where a pig's snout was placed on a mosque's door in the Western Cape town of Simonstown.

The offensive item was found on Saturday morning.
Abdul Allie of the MJC says they're waiting for a report-back from the police after CCTV footage from a neighbouring building was made available to them.
Allie says the Muslim community is both sad and angry, but that that right now they're seeking the support of other faith communities.
He's urging Muslims in the Cape to take time to reflect on what the correct response should be.
"In this instance here, we are saying to the Muslim community it's probably time for introspection, time for us to reflect, and at the same time - time for us to seek the necessary guidance from teh Allmighty to help us through this challenging period. For now there are no protests or such planned," he said.
