Murder probe after body found in Umzinto
KwaZulu-Natal police are investigating a case of murder after the body of a man was found in Umzinto on Saturday night.
Residents who contacted Newswatch say the decapitated body was found in an open field.
It is understood the victim had been missing for several days before his body was found.
The police's Thulani Zwane has confirmed the incident, saying a suspect has been arrested in connection with the brutal crime.
''The suspect was then arrested and he will be charged for murder. He is due to appear in the Umzinto Magistrate's Court soon,'' he said.
