Multiple injuries following primary, secondary crashes in Durban
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
A number of people have been hurt following a primary and secondary accidents along the N2 Solomon Mahlangu Road near Ridgeview in Durban.

According to Netcare 911 the initial accident happened when a good Samaritan had stopped to help a motorist whose vehicle had broken down last night.
The service's Shawn Herbst says he was then knocked over by another vehicle moving along the busy highway.
Herbst says this caused a number of vehicles to also crash and resulted in numerous injury cases.
"Reports suggest a good Samaritan who was helping a motorist was struck down by a car in the initial incident", he said.
"A secondary collision involving a truck, two cars, SUV and a minibus then occurred leaving multiple injured. The occupants of all vehicles sustained minor serious injuries and had to be treated on scene before hospital transportation", Herbst said.
