Much thought put into DA's manifesto: Analyst
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
A political analyst feels much strategic planning went into the DA’s election manifesto in Johannesburg.

The Rand Stadium was washed in blue yesterday with speakers explaining what the party offers voters. Analyst Sanusha Naidoo says the DA positioned its manifesto around effective and responsive governance to improve South Africa.
"They focused on corruption, they focused on service delivery. They focused on an efficient and effective government to deliver. So they kind of came out with a manifesto that spoke about what needs to be done to make South Africa more effective as a country and to have a responsive government," she said.
"That was very clear in the leader Mmusi Maimane's speech," Naidoo said.
