The 400 National Assembly members - who'll take their seats in South Africa's sixth democratic Parliament - will start with registrations today and a rehearsal, so that they're prepared for this week's swearing-in ceremony.

Spokesperson Moloto Mothapo, says they'll make their way to Parliament this morning.
"The first sitting will take place on the 22nd which will also see the election of the President, the Speaker, deputy Speaker and the swearing in of all 400 designated members of Parliament."
Mothapo says the National Council of Provinces delegates will be sworn on Thursday.
"In the National Council of Provinces, on May 23, we will see the swearing in of all permanent representatives and delegates," he said.
