Motorists urged to take care amid wet weather in KZN
Updated | By Newswatch
Motorists in KZN have been asked to exercise caution in the rainy weather.
Emergency first responders have issued that message, saying the continuous downpour in KZN's contributed to poor visibility in some areas.
In Umlazi, south of Durban, one person was killed on Wednesday morning when a car crashed into a tree.
Reports from the scene are that the driver, who was injured, may've lost control of the vehicle on Mangosuthu Highway.

"The roads are wet, and there was a small water puddle by that curve, so the tree hit the passenger side. That's how we lost that gentleman,” says Trauma 911 spokesperson Sox Masokwana.
