Motorist hurt in another Durban rock throwing attack
Updated | By Shaun Ryan
A man is lucky to have escaped serious injury following
another rock throwing attack in Durban.

Emergency services say the man had been driving along the old North Coast Road in Glen Anil, north of the city when a rock smashed through his front windscreen at about 7.30pm.
Medics say the incident occurred at the bridge near Cypress Drive, heading towards Phoenix.
Two private medical companies that attended to the scene say the motorist sustained only minor injuries.
He was treated on scene and refused to be taken to hospital.
This is the latest in a string of rock throwing attacks in and around Durban in recent weeks,
Two siblings were killed when a boulder smashed into the vehicle they were travelling in after being thrown from a bridge over the N2 near Tongaat on the north coast last month.
Several other incidents have been reported, prompting eThekwini to release a statement saying it would look into the feasibility of installing cages and cameras on bridges in identified hotspot areas.
