Molefe to pay back the money
The Pretoria High Court has ordered former Eskom boss, Brian Molefe to pay back the estimated R11-million he has received as part of R30.1-million pension payout.
The ruling comes after trade union - Solidarity approached the High Court to declare payout unlawful.
Molefe received the amount in 2016 when he left the power utility.
