Missing WC girl Tazne van Wyk found dead

The body of 8-year-old Tazne van Wyk has been found in a stormwater pipe in Worcester in the Western Cape.
Police confirmed that the girl's body was discovered after a 54-year-old man in custody pointed it out.
He was nabbed in the Eastern Cape town of Cradock earlier this week.
Tazne had been missing for two weeks and was last seen going to a shop close to her parents' home in Connaught Estate Elsies River.

The Police's Novela Potelwa says Tazne's parents have been informed and are currently getting counselling.
"Western Cape FCS detectives working with crime intelligence descended in a house in Cradock on Tuesday evening where the arrested the suspect. Subsequently, the suspect was brought to Cape Town late last night."
"He pointed the team to a stormwater pipe on the N1 outside Worcester where they discovered child's body. He will be charged with murder and appear in the Goodwood Magistrates' Court on Friday."
